it's like your life, only funnier
Contrary to the advertising campaign, Hidden Hills is like my life, only differing in many ways. When I watched this episode, it entertained me rather than insulting my intelligence and sensibilities, which is more than can be said for most new comedy series. The characters' motivating factors, the lengths they went to, and their general social behavior seemed less far-fetched than in many shows. Still, nothing in particular caught my eye about this episode, and I'll probably forget about it real soon.
